●Metal melting furnace body is made of stainless steel ( 1mm thick) ,easy to clean,highly resistant to corrosion, lightweight and strong enough for a people to stand on the body,superior strength and durability. Gas Metal smelter is used to melt copper, gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other metals with melting points below 2372℉(1300℃). Suitable for most fuels, liquefied gas，LPG, natural gas, propane, etc. Attention: It can not melt steel, iron.
●The smelting furnace outside dimensions :10" diameter x 12"Height (25cm x 30cm) ;Inner Dimensions: 8" diameter x 7.6"Height (20cm x 19cm). Furnace body lined with 1 inch ceramic fiber insulation, lid are fully lined with 2 inch of ceramic fiber insulation. Nice heat resistance and safe enough.
●8KG large crucible can melt 8kg brass or 2.5 kg aluminum or 9.5kg silver or 15kg gold; Graphite ingot Mould: 113 ML capacity, size is 125*60*40 mm, can melt 2 kg gold, 1.2 kg silver, 1kg copper.
●Gas forge burner is made of stainless steel, around 100,000 BTU. Come with the hose and adjustable high pressure gas regulator. Input QCC type, Output 5/8". Maximum output can reach 30PSI (CSA).
●The crucible tongs jaw size are 4.3 inch, they are perfect for the Lsmiitth crucibles of 4KG/6KG/8KG, which outer diameter ranges from 4.3inches to 5.5inches. Be Attention: Different brands of crucibles may have different sizes. You need ensure that this foundry tongs fully fit your crucibles before use.
