These are coated in oil to prevent rust during storage so will need to be wiped down once unpacked. Set consist of the following: 18 steel dapping punches ranging from 3-38 mm in diameter; a dapping block cube with 18 half-sphere depressions ranging from 3.5 - 39 mm (1/8 - 1.56 inch) in diameter, and a hardwood stand to hold all the pieces. Each dapping punch has its size engraved on it. All punches are made of well-polished tool hardened steel and are matched with the depression sizes on the dapping block. The dapping block is made of polished tool hardened steel and measures 2 x 2 x 2 inches.
