●DTF Powder has a soft and stretchy feel and offers high adhesion. It will stick to the ink and not the film. The colors will turn out bright, vivid and waterproof and they are washable and durable.
●Melt point: 230 - 248℉ (110 - 120°C); Washable: 104℉ (40°C) excellent, 140℉ (60℃) good; Particle diameter: 80-170μm (touch more softy); Transfer temperature: 248℉ - 302℉ (120-150°C); Press time:8-15 seconds; Color: White.
●Usage: DTF powder or pretreat powder is a hot melt powder made of polyurethane resin and grinded into adhesive powder. Its used to cover the prints before the process of pressing begins.
●Work with all DTF & DTG printers and both hot and cold PET films for high production output.
●Applications: Resistance to wet and dry washing performance, it is especially suitable for adhesion of high elastic cloth such as Lycra, cotton, nylon, leather, EVA and many other material. They can be printed on cotton and polyester. Design on leather, canvas, T-shirts, pillow cases, caps, gloves, sneakers, phone cases and so much more.
