DTF heat transfer steps:
Step 1: Design the pattern.
Step 2: Print your design on PET film (you will need to prepare your own DTF ink, printer and film).
Step 3: Apply the powder evenly and let the hot melt powder stick to the printed design, then shake off the excess powder.
Step 4: Place the film with the hot melt powder in the oven and bake until the hot melt powder melts. Recommended baking. Temperature: 266℉-320℉ / 130℃-160℃, Time: 120s-300s / 2min-5min.
Step 5: Place the patterned side of the treated film flat on the garment where you want to print the pattern on a heat press at a temperature of 302℉-329℉ / 150℃-165℃, time: 10s-15s, heat press.
Step 6: Slowly tear off the PET film along corner.
