Relacing your glove can be frustrating if you dont have the right tools. Whether you are doing a small repair, or relacing your entire glove our awl-style tool will help!
Here are a few tips to make things easier:
- Restring your glove in small sections
- Take pictures of your glove beforehand for referencing the lacing patterns later
- Use a needle nose pliers to more easily remove the old laces
- Push the lacing tool through the hole first, next thread the lace to the tool, & lastly pull the lace through the hole
- Pull the lace tight and more to the next hole
