1.How to use the L35 Hybrid to clean the carpet?

Before cleaning the carpet, please ensure removal of the Mopping Module and setting up of a "no mop" zone: for places where the device can get stuck easily.

2. Does L35 Hybrid support a 5GHz Wi-Fi network?

No, currently eufy RoboVacs only support a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network. To reset L35 Hybrids Wi-Fi, press and hold both buttons on the top panel for 3 seconds until you hear a voice alert.

3.How long does it take to fully charge L35 Hybrid?

Before charging, please confirm that the white power indicator on the charging base lights up. It takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge when the device is in low battery status. Its light is solid blue when the device is fully charged.

4. Whats L35 Hybrids compatible voltage?

In the USA, L35 Hybrid supports voltages from 100V to 120V~50/60Hz.

5.Does L35 Hybrid support multi-floor cleaning? Can I save multiple maps?

Yes, it supports multi-floor cleaning. You can save up to 3 maps when the Multi-Map Save feature is turned on in the app.
