K-0650 Air Compressor Cylinder Sleeve and Compression Ring Kit

  • Kit Includes: Cylinder Sleeve, Compression Ring, Piston Rod Cap Screw, Valve Plate to Cylinder Sleeve O-Ring, Cylinder head O-Ring.
  • It is recommended on Twin Cylinder Air Compressor Pumps that both cylinder sleeves and piston rings be replaced at the same time so that the air compressor pump will produce equal air output and not be out of balance.
  • This is the new style connecting rod and cylinder kit and will allow you to replace just the cylinder and piston ring in the future part number DAC-308.

How to Rebuild Oil Free Air Compressor Pump ?

Step 1

  • Place Compression Ring and Connecting Rod Cap on Connecting Rod.
  • Secure with Connecting Rod Cap Screw provided.

Step 2

  • Place Connecting Rod assembly in top of Cylinder Sleeve and push into Cylinder Sleeve.

Step 3

  • Replace O-rings in valve plate.
  • Place valve plate over cylinder sleeve.

Step 4

  • Place head over valve plate. Make sure the O-ring is in good condition and in the proper place.
  • Insert head bolts into head and valve plate
