Manufacturing Process

Cooling system parts undergo performance, endurance and leaktest. Carefully crafted to exceptional OE standards for precise fit, aircraft 6061 grade aluminum and with raw aluminum finish.

Direct Fit for Easy Installation

  1. Please carefully check the previous radiator before installation. Make sure that all hoses and lines are intact.
  2. And disconnect hoses and lines, then remove the old radiator.
  3. Place new radiator in the car and reconnect lines and fittings.
  4. Perform a complete flush of the cooling system to remove traces of old coolant, fill the cooling system.
  5. Direct bolt-on OE fitment or replacement.
