Instructions

STEP 1: increase mortise for latch plate.

STEP 2: square-up/increase existing inner round holes.

STEP 3: add inner support (if door has predrilled hole); install latch assembly.

STEP 4: cut the inner square metal dowel to size.

STEP 5: cut binder-post screws to size.

STEP 6: assemble/install to door .

STEP 7: increase/define mortise for new strike plate .

STEP 8: install strike plate and detail the finish.
