How to Use:
Inflation method:
1. Open the air pump valve cover
2. Step on the air pump with your foot for 60s until it is full of air
3. Close the inflation valve cover
Deflation method:
1. Open the valve beside the pillow
2. Fold in half
3. Roll it up
4. Put it in the storage bag
