Note:
1. Check Before Use: Keep the anti clogging cover, pressure limit valve, and vent hole . Before use, carefully check if the pressure limit valve and vent hole are clear to prevent blockage.
2. Avoid Overfilling: When using, the food and water in the pot should not exceed 3/4 of the pot height; for easily expandable foods such as kelp and dried tofu, they should not exceed 1/2 of the pot height.
3. Thorough Venting: When the pressure limit valve starts continuous venting, reduce the heat to a low setting for safety and energy efficiency. Ensure the lid is properly sealed to prevent any danger caused by improper sealing and reduced lid body strength.
4. Oxidation of Aluminum Products: During use, aluminum products may undergo yellow discoloration due to factors such as water quality and heating. If the color changes, there is no toxicity and it does not affect usage.
5. Adjust Heat for Energy Saving: Cooking with a pressure cooker requires careful control of heat, especially avoiding high heat and slow cooking. After the pot is heated, when the exhaust pipe of the pot emits a louder hiss sound, reduce the heat. Use the pressure limit valve to maintain the hissing sound until cooking is complete.
6. Venting: Pressure cookers that have been used for more than 8 years should be replaced in a timely manner. The sealingshould be cleaned regularly, and if any abnormalities are found, it should be replaced promptly.
