Q1: Will the removal damage the tabletop?
A1: Normally it will not damage your furniture. However, if your furniture is covered with paper laminate or is prone to color fading, I would not recommend you to put it on this furniture because the adhesive is very sticky and you may damage the furniture.
Q2: How can I remove it without damaging the table or walls?
A2: If you want to remove it, do not tear it off directly. Please use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the tape first (not too hot), then tear it off slowly to prevent the tabletop or wall from cracking. If for some reason there is still adhesive residue, we recommend rubbing it with a few drops of olive or vegetable oil or hot water and then wiping it off with a cloth. This may need to be repeated once or twice. We do not recommend the use of other solvents.
Q3: What materials are unsuitable for impact protection tapes?
A3: The table edge protector is suitable for clean and smooth surfaces. It is unsuitable for plaster surfaces, paper surfaces, diatomaceous earth, untreated wood, sink surfaces, and other uneven surfaces. If you have any of the above materials, I would not recommend you apply them on these pieces of furniture, because the adhesive is very sticky and you may damage the piece of furniture.
