MAX GPE A/B is an injectable glue demonstrating a strong bond to materials used in RV trailer fabrication. Designed to rebond delaminated wall panels, MAX GPE A/B offers low viscosity and a long working time to allow flow into place and absorbed into porosity to stabilize wood rot damage.
Typical Use And Application For MAX GPE A/B
RV Delamination Repair
MAX GPE A/B is used to repair RV Panel Delamination. The mixture is injected between the panel and allowed to flow in between the outer panel and the EPS foam board.
Impermeable Waterproof Coating
MAX GPE is a low viscosity resin system used to seal porous wood to create a waterproof barrier.
Upon cure, the wood is impervious to water immersion that protects the substrate from wood rot.
It can be applied usig a roller coater or brush applied.
Fiberglass Imprenating Resin
MAX GPE is well suited as a fiberglass imprenating resin for structural reinforcement. Its thin consistency demonstates fast fabric saturation with minimal air bubble entrapment.
