Using the perforated dip tray, lower silver jewelry into silver cleaning solution and let soak for 1 to 2 minutes.

Is this product safe to use with gemstones or porous stones?

The cleaning cloth is safe to use on items with porous stones or gemstones, but the silver cleaner is safe for all-silver items only.

Should I wash the cloth?

No. Our cloths are pre-treated with a gentle jewelry cleaning solution, so they should not be washed. You can reuse them until they are completely tarnished, then move on to a new cloth!

Do I need to use the polishing cloth before or after using the liquid cleaner?

You can do either! Give items a quick polish before you dip them in the cleaner or buff them after you use the liquid cleaner for added shine.
