For best results Qualia Dyes should be used with hot water following the steps on the provided instructions. For the Tie Dye Kit this should be very easy. Just heat some water on the stove or in a kettle and carefully pour inside each bottle. Add the dye and the salt and shake vigorously. Once the dye is ready in the bottle it can lower its temperature, this should not be a problem as long as you prepared the dye with hot water. |
In order to get the best results you must follow the instructions provided on each box. For best results we recommend the following: prepare your dyes as instructed, wet your fabric, tie it however you want with the rubber band included, dye your fabric, DO NOT remove the rubber bands, put your fabric in a plastic bag and let rest for 24 or more hours, remove your fabric from the bag, DO NOT remove the rubber bands, wash it in the sink with cold water, and finally remove the rubber bands and let dry in the shade. |
