ATTENTION:

1.Before installing the lens, please confirm the diameter and focal length.Generally, the focal length of the 2-inch focusing lens (reflected in the distance from the upper surface of the processed part to the bottom of the air nozzle) is about 6~7mm, and the user can get the most suitable focal length after adjustment according to the actual situation. 2.The focal length is the distance between the lens and the cutting/engraving material. 3.Suggestion: convex upward, the plane side faces to material. 4.If the focusing lens is polluted too seriously or cannot be cleaned effectively for a long time, or if the focusing lens is detached, the focusing lens needs to be replaced. 5. new equipment in the new laser lens, must not force the lens will lead to serious damage to the optical lens

How to adjust the focal length?

Put a piece of harder paper under the laser head, adjust the height between the laser head and the paper by the focal length ruler, and then press the Laser button on the panel to make marks.Compare the sizes of the marks made in different height and find the minimum sized mark, and then the appropriate height can bedetermined as the focal length of the machine. The following pictures shows an example. You may see that the mark made in the height of 8mm is the minimal. Then we know the focal length is 8mm. In the future, materials with different thickness should be cut in the height of 8mm.

Cleaning and maintenance of the focusing lens

1. The material of focusing lens is ZnSe, which is brittle and fragile; when disassembling and assembling, we should pay attention to: not to use too much force and not to collide with hard objects. The surface has a permeable film and is afraid of pollution, humidity, oiliness and scratching; therefore, it is required to provide dry and oily air in the work, and to use the recommended cleaning equipment and cleaning methods when cleaning. 2. The equipment must be guaranteed to have sufficient air pressure when working. Before work, you can put your finger into the focus mirror outlet (air nozzle) to check whether there is gas blowing out? Is the air pressure sufficient? 3. Before you start the machine for the first time every day, please take off the lens barrel with the focusing lens and observe whether the focusing lens is contaminated. Focusing lens cleaning principle is: no pollution as far as possible do not clean, there is pollution need to clean in time! Cleaning supplies Needed: 1. General cleaning agent: acetone or highly concentrated alcohol, users can configure themselves. 2. Special cleaners: camera lens cleaner, ether (analytical grade), alcohol (analytical grade) 3. Cleaning soft cotton balls: laboratory-grade paper soft cotton balls or medical cotton swabs.
