How to disassemble?
1. Choose the correct ring according to your bike bb.
2. Insert the Stay bar ,fit the nut and rotate the handel, remove the BB on one side.
3. use the same method to remove the other side.
How to install ?
1. Butter the bottom bracket first .
2. Fit the BB on to the adapter ring, put BB on the both side of the tool.
3. Fit the nut and rotate the tool, until the bb is installed completely.
