Remote and Button Control

There are two ways to control the soundbar. Remote control allows you controlling the soundbar while sitting on the sofa which is very convenient.

  • Aim the sensor when using remote.
  • Remote distance is effective within 5M.
  • Remote control is not compatible with universal or TV remotes (Batteries not included) .

This soundbar is most suitable for screen sizes of 42 inches and under,perfect for small living rooms.

User Tips

  1. For Optical(SPDIF)connection,please change your TV audio output to optical, and change the audio format setting to PCM and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
  2. Sound bars for TV does not support Dolby Sound and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.
  3. Soundbar does not have USB interface, the soundbar can be connected to your computer through the AUX interface. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.

  • Q: When I use APPs such as Netflix on the TV, the soundbar has no sound.

A: The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TV audio settings or streaming video APPs like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube.

  • Q: How to quickly disconnect the current Bluetooth device connected with Soundbar?

A: Press and hold the BT button on remote /M button on soundbar for about 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.

  • Q: My dog chewed my remote, how do l get a replacement remote?

A: We provide free replacement soundbar accessories, including remotes. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

  • Q: How do I use TV remote to control the soundbar?

A: The IR code of the remote control is not compatible with universal remotes and TV remotes.
