●Approved for repair and patching in cold storage with a temperature of 30-35 degrees F where most epoxies will not cure. Due to its unique curing properties, it can also be used where a rapid patch is necessary in 70 degree ambient temperatures (See Specification Sheet for details).
●Recommended for cold storage areas, freezers, walkways and support bases for tanks and seamless floors.
●At 70 degrees F Pot life of 10-15 minutes; May be recoated in 3-4 hours; Light foot traffic in 6-8 hours (24 hours at 30 degrees F); Full cure (heavy traffic) in 2-7 days.

Description
QuestMark 2124 Low Temperature Epoxy Concrete Floor Patch and Resurfacer is a 3 component, 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for patching and resurfacing applications where temperatures are below freezing or a rapid setting patch is necessary. It has superior wear characteristics, and is an excellent choice for cold storage areas, walk-in freezers, walkways and support bases for tanks and seamless floors.
It does not require a primer or topcoat to be used. The product contains no VOC content. Available in 2 sizes and 6 colors.
Directions for Use:
- Clean repair area by removing all dirt, oil, dust or other debris.
- Ensure floor is dry prior to application.
- Mix Parts A and B together in an over-sized container until streak free.
- Add sand mixture and stir to a mortar consistency.
- Trowel on mixture at 1/8” to 1/4" thickness using a hand trowel or other suitable equipment.
- For cleanup, use xylol or similar product.
