Shrinkfast 998 Heat Gun O-Ring - Part# 06/24
The Shrinkfast 998 Heat Gun O-Ring (Part# 06/24 on the diagram) has two locations in the Heat Gun, at both ends of the Fuel Line (part #9). This O-Ring rests inside of the Inlet (part #8) and also inside of the Valve Assembly (part #22) and prevents gas leaks between those connections to the Fuel Line. All O-rings should be regularly checked to prevent a rubber dry rot which could enable fuel to leak into or outside the housing of the heat gun. This O-ring can be easily removed with a small pick tool or a very small screw driver.
