  • Before measurement: Turn the dial so that the driving pointer is aligned with the first scale line 0.5 of the dial and peel the fruit to be measured by about 1² cm.
  • During measurement: Hold the hardness tester by hand, make the hardness tester perpendicular to the surface of the fruit to be measured, press the indenter evenly into the fruit, at this time the driving pointer starts to drive the indicating pointer to rotate, when the indenter presses to the scale line (10mm) at the beginning stop, the reading indicated by the indicating pointer is the hardness of the fruit, take the average value 3 times.
  • After measurement: Rotate back to 0 knob to make the pointer reset to the initial scale line.
