Insert StretcherInsert Shoe Stretcher into your shoes. The heel block should be inside the shoe. Place bunions of corn if desired. |
Adjust LengthTo lengthen the shoe, turn the lengthening wheel to move the heel block backwards. Once in place turn 2 to 3 times. |
Adjust WidthTurn the lengthening wheel to move the heel block backward. Once in place, turn 2 to 3 times. |
Leave Over NightLeave the stretcher in your shoe overnight. Once done, turn the lengthening/ widening wheel to remove it. Pull carefully. |
