Free and easy firmware update. To connect: Insert dongle, allow a minute for setup. It will open on car screen. Press CarPlay icon. On phone, enable CarPlay & Siri Voice. In Bluetooth, select your device, will start with “Smart”. Pair. CarPlay will open. For screen mirror, on phone, turn on hotspot. Head to CarPlay home screen. Press settings & wlan, find phone’s hotspot name, enter password. Go to CarPlay home screen, press PhoneCast, select your option. On phone, press screen mirror & select your smart device again..
