Feature

●【PROTECTION FUNCTION】When the flow exceeds the set value, the fluid drives the blade and the micro switch, and the SPDT contact can be connected to one circuit or disconnect other circuits
●【APPLICABLE MEDIUM】Our flow switch is mainly used to measure the dynamics of the liquid flowing through the pipeline, such as: water, ethylene, glycol and other liquids that have no corrosive effect on copper
●【STABLE PERFORMANCE】The protection level of this paddle control switch is IP54, not only the flow control value is adjustable, but also the repeated action point is stable
●【LONG SERVICE LIFE】The liquid water flow paddle control switch is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is not only corrosion-resistant, but also can maintain good working performance for a long time
●【WIDE APPLICATION】The water flow switch is suitable for water treatment systems, central air-conditioning, water-cooled units, fire-fighting systems and other fields

Installation method:
1. Open the flow switch
2. The switch has been set at minimum flow rate. Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to increase the flow setting value.
3. Press the target to check whether the micro switch can work normally. Excessive clockwise rotation of the adjusting screw may lead to the failure of the flow switch.
4. After the installation, please press the lever of the flow switch several times to check. If there is no "click" sound, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise until there is "click" sound.
5. The adjustment screw of lacquer seal is only used for the first time to adjust the state of flow switch. Please do not change or adjust it.
6. Observe three operating cycles to ensure that the switch and the system to which it is connected are operating properly and cover the switch enclosure promptly.
