Description

Insulating Fire Brick is composed of/crafted from the purest refractory clays with alumina & organic combustible fillers. These fillers burn out during firing resulting in a uniform and controlled pore structure that provides the best insulation value to the equipment. The air pockets formed make the brick an excellent choice for applications where intense insulation is required. BENEFITS: QUICK HEATING: Porous structure of the bricks provide high insulation value and also it has low thermal conductivity and low heat storage enabling quick heating ENERGY EFFICIENT: Soft firebricks absorb about half the energy as hard firebricks during a firing. EASY TO INSTALL: It becomes easier to install due to its Lightweight and also it is very easy to cut and shape as per your requirement or design. PROLONG LIFE OF EQUIPMENT: It has a high insulation value which resists temperatures up to 2500 F, reduces the direct effect of heat on your equipment, and helps to prolong its life. APPLICATIONS: SMALL-SCALE USE: - Forge Building - Lining the floors and walls of kilns, fireplaces Wood Stove, or ovens. - Glass Making- Glass Kiln, Glass Forges, Clay pottery firing kiln - Soldering and metal clay firing - Used most often in electric kilns or ovens INDUSTRIAL USE: - Kiln - Glass Industries - Iron & Steel Industries - Non Ferrous Metal Industries - Power Generation Industries - Furnaces - Refining Vessels - Heaters FOR WHOM: Blacksmith, Jeweler, Potter, Glass artist, Metal Smith SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: - Avoid creating airborne dust as it contains crystalline silica which can cause cancer if inhaled over prolonged or repeated time. If the dust is not created during handling then it does not cause any harm. - Always wear gloves, goggles, and an approved respirator if dust is present.
