A: The express package has blocked the sunlight source, you should take them out of the package, just expose them to a UV flashlight for 5-10 minutes, then you can see its glowing in the dark. When you receive your package, you can test them first.

2. Q: Why the eyes reflects very dim glow?:
A: Please make sure they all got "charged", put them in flat, do not stacked them. Thats the reason some of the do not glow or glow a very dim light.
