A: 1. for ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’ is the blutooth name of controller, please check if you connect the right controller. 2. for ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’ Blutooth has been connected, but the controller still cannot work, please forget(delete) it on your phone and then reconnect it.	Q: Why i cant find the the ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’ blutooth? A: 1.Turn off the controller, long press Power key for more than 8 seconds until the light flashes. 2.Delete the existing Blutooth device on your iPhone and search again.	Q: Why i can not play the game after connection? A: 1. Some games do not support the controller mode, please check if the game supports controller operation before playing. 2. Some controller supported games need to select controller mode in the game settings before you using the controller. For example: Genshin lmpact. 3. lf you want to test if the controller can work normally or not, you can download the Combat Modern 5 or Asphalt 9 Legends to test, they fully support direct play.	Q: What devices does this controller support? A: This MFi controller support for iOS 13.4+ version iPhone / iPad, Not compatible with Macbook/Appl TV/iPod/Fire TV, but the size of the telescopic phone holder is not enough to hold for ipad, if you play with ipad, you can only put it aside.


Q: What should i do if the button can not work normally? A: 1. Long press ‘Reset’ hole on the controller to reset the gamepad 2.After reset, if it still doesn’t work ,please download ‘game controller’ from App store, open ‘game controller’,then press each key on gamepad to check if it is work, If the button is normal, there will be a mapping response on the ‘game controller’ App. If the gamepad is defective, please let us know, we will help you solve the problem.	Q: How could i know power status of the gamepad? A: 1.All LED lights flash slowly when charging 2. In low power state, all LED lights flash quickly	Q: What is the size of phone holder?
