Description
SUNGATOR PUSH PLUMBING FITTINGS
CONNECTION
STEP 1:
Make sure it have a clean and square cut with a cutter.
TIPS: If you are on copper pipe, we further advise to ream the inside to reduce the roughness.
STEP 2:
Use deburring tool shown on the picture to ream the end of the pipe first and mark insertion depth on the pipe then.
STEP 3:
Fully push both ends into the fitting until the depth line on the pipe covered. When pipe is not fully inserted, it will leave room for leakage.
STEP 4:
Complete connection.
TIPS: Kindly conduct the water test before installation!
DISCONNECTION
STEP 1:
Position the disconnect clip next to the end.
STEP 2:
Press firmly the disconnect clip against the collar of the end.
STEP 3:
Pull the pipe out of the fitting with a twisting action.
STEP 4:
Complete disconnection.
