Please Note:

Multimedia or F1-F12 Functions? This backlit keyboard is in multimedia functions by default. The F1-F12 functions need to be activated by pressing Fn + F1-F12 keys. Or you can activate the Fn lock to use the F1-F12 functions directly (Press Fn + Fn Lock/Homepage key).
Charging Tip: Please use USB-A to Type-C charging cable to charge the keyboard. They dont support Type-C to Type-C protocol.

Please make sure to charge fully the keyboard by included USB-A to Type-C charging cable.
Please make sure the system version of your device is Windows XP/Vista/8/10+, Mac OS 11.6 or below, iPad OS/iOS 13.0+, Android 4.3+.
Delete all of the Bluetooth connections from your device, restart the keyboard and your computer, then try to pair it again.
Please make sure the Bluetooth channel enters a pairing mode (Bluetooth indicator flashing quickly).

What should I do if the keyboard stops working?

Please observe the power of the keyboard in time, and charge fully the keyboard when the battery is dead or low.
Delete all of the Bluetooth connections from your device, restart the keyboard and your computer, then try to pair it again.
Please make sure the Bluetooth channel enters a pairing mode (Bluetooth indicator flashing quickly).
