It fits all E-ZPass models including the E-ZPass Flex with the HOV switch. It uses dual suction cup for stability when sliding the HOV switch. The two 3M Dual lock strips and suction cups come already attached in the correct location to match and mate with your transponders dual lock strips that are factory installed, and not thrown in the package for you to attach like other cheap products. It is compact and sleek, and perfectly sized to hide behind your mirror and not block your view.
