The advantage of our fuse block is that it has an indicator light, so when the fuse is blown, the indicator light will light up immediately to show you which fuse is blown. But you may get voltage across the circuit even with no fuse in place, thats because the fuse box has its own light circuit, the light circuit has resistance, so it displays some voltage.
So if you are extremely power-sensitive, be aware, this is the normal situation, please dont worry.
